Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Cup Raspberries
    1 Medium Banana
    2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds (black and/or white)
    1 Cup Pomegranate Kefir (or desired flavor)

    Optional: dash of ground ginger

Directions

combine raspberries, banana, kefir, and chia seeds in blender. Blend to desired consistency.

Serving Size: about two 1 cup servings
