2 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup held aside 6 medium turnip roots 1/2 cup egg substitute ~1 Tbsp salt, separated 1/4 cup butter
Pare and dice turnip roots. Place in water with 1/2 Tbsp of salt and boil until tender. Drain. Mash well and mix with remaining ingredients in greased casserole dish, topping with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until is well set.
