Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
*Nuts - Cashew Raw, 6 tbsp
Carob Powder, 6 TB
Corn Starch, 1/4 cup
*Salt, table 1.4 tsp
*Postum, 1 1/2 tsp
Dates, pitted, chopped 3/4cup
Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered, 1/2cup
Kale, 1c chopped OPTIONAL
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Cool 15 minutes.
Return to blender and blend until smooth.
VITAMIX METHOD: Add all ingredients to VitaMix -
Blend on high for 6 minutes until cooked and pudding thick.
Pour into 6 custard cups.
