Ingredients

    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp **
    Water, tap, 8 cup *

    * my small crock holds about 8ish cups with the dry in first, crocks vary.
    ** optional, use more or less by preference.

Directions

Combine dry ingredients, and water into the crock pot. Put heat to low, will be ready by morning.

This is a great base for fruits and nuts. Adding various fruits & nuts at the start of cooking will change the nutritional info.

Serving Size: Makes 10 - 12* 1 cup servings
