*Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp **
Water, tap, 8 cup *
* my small crock holds about 8ish cups with the dry in first, crocks vary.
** optional, use more or less by preference.
