Taco Salad, Low Sodium

Introduction

Low Sodium, Great taste! Do NOT add water - it will be too runny. Low Sodium, Great taste! Do NOT add water - it will be too runny.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 c Small Red Kidney Beans, Dry
    1/4 c Black Beans, from dry, no salt added
    1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp marjoram
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp oregano
    1 Tbsp Garlic
    1/2 c Onions, chopped
    3/4 tsp Cilantro Herb Blend, Gourmet Garden
    4 oz Carolina ground turkey, browned
    4 c Romaine Lettuce, cut or torn bite size
    2 c Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 Avocado, chopped

Directions

Soak beans overnight. Rinse and drain.
Put in crockpot. Add browned ground turkey, garlic, onion, 1 cup chopped tomato, spices. Cook 4 - 6 hours on low
Prepare fresh veggies - place on plate. Spoon beans & meat mixture in the center.
Serving size - 1 cup.
