Yam and Tuna Cakes

Introduction

This recipe qualifies as "Paleo" nom nom! Enjoy!! I think they would be better with ketchup or some sort of dipping sauce. This recipe qualifies as "Paleo" nom nom! Enjoy!! I think they would be better with ketchup or some sort of dipping sauce.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * Yams, 2 cup, shredded
    * Tuna, drained
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Coconut Flour Bobs Red Mill, 4 tbsp

Directions

Shred 2 cups of yams using a cheese grater. Heat up a large skillet to medium heat and add coconut oil. Mix all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Then use your hands to form into 6, 1" thick cakes and put in pan. Flip until cakes are set and heated through, turning ever couple of minutes until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 6 fish cakes
