Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients

    1 pound of cooked, chopped chicken
    1 c. brown rice, prepared
    1 c. wild rice, prepared
    1 bag frozen fiesta vegetables
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    15 Town House Crackers
    2 T. butter light

Directions

Cook and cut up chicken. Prepare rice. Mix rice with cream of mushroom soup. Steam vegetables and mix with rice & chicken. Stir in shredded cheese. Place mixture in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Crush crackers and sprinkle on top. Melt butter and drizzle on top of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
