Ingredients

    2 roasted red bell peppers (bottle kind works great)
    1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    Dash of ground red pepper
