Introduction

Cheese Gnocchi Cheese Gnocchi
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Ricotta Cheese, Part Skim- 1 cup
    Flour- 1.5 cups
    Egg Whites- 4 T

Directions

Mix the ingredients together into a dough. Roll the dough into snakes 1/2 inch wide and then cut them into half inch pieces so they are sort of square shaped. Boil them for 10 minutes. They will sink to the bottom at first and then float.

Serving Size: Makes 4 5oz servings
