Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 32 oz (remove)
    *Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown, .75 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 extra large (remove)
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 4 oz (remove)
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 9 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except ketchup. Press into 9x9 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Check for doneness. Top with ketchup. Bake for additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize ketchup.
