Introduction

A very fast breakfast for people on the go. A very fast breakfast for people on the go.

Ingredients

    50g rolled oats
    1 tbsp roughly chopped almonds
    1 tbsp dried cherries
    1 apple
    200ml semi-skimmed milk

Directions

1. Pour the oats, almonds and cherries in a bowl.

2. Grate the apple's flesh and add to the bowl too.

3. Stir in the milk and eat!
