Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Baby Pepppers (Red & Orange) 3 peppers per serving, 3 serving
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Salt, 1 dash
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 6 tsp
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup

Directions

Place pork in bottom of a prepared crock pot (sprayed with non-stick spray before-hand) then slit the top about an inch from each end and about 1-1/2 inches deep. Fill the cut bit with the garlic. Season with black pepper, onion powder and a pinch of salt. Pour the soy sauce over the pork but mostly into the garlic trough without washing out the garlic bits. Wash and chop up potatoes and wedge them all around the pork. Wash and dice into bits the baby peppers, strew the pepper bits about the pot (over the meat and potatoes alike). Add the lemon juice. Lastly, drain the green beans and add them to the mix before covering and setting on Low for about 6 or so hours...
