IntroductionDill pickles wrapped in very thin strips of beef Dill pickles wrapped in very thin strips of beef
1 lb of very thin Round Steak
1 jar of Dill Spears
1/2 cup mustard
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Beef Broth
Pound meat with mallet to stretch it into (12) wraps. You should be able to double the size.
Brush mustard over meat
Cut meat into strips (2-3" wide 3- 4" long)
Wrap pickle spear in meat
Secure with a single toothpick
Place in single layer 9x12 baking dish
Mix Cream of Mushroom Soup & Beef Broth together
Pour mixture over the meat rolls
Bake for 60 minutes or until meat can be cut with a fork.
Serve over noodles.
This is much better than it sounds! Everyone will be amazed.
Makes 12 - Feeds 3 or 4
