Ingredients

    1.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 medium Onions, raw
    8 oz Beef, round steak
    3 oz tap water
    1 tbs chili powder
    .5 tbs Garlic Powder
    1/2 cup KRAFT natural cheese fat free shredded fat free cheddar
    2 Mission , 6.5" Low Carb Fajita Size Tortilla,
    4 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream,
    4 tbsp Chunky Salsa
    2 cup Iceberg Lettuce shredded or chopped





Directions

cut steak into small narrow strips.
Cut Bell pepper into narrow strips
cut onion into slices and then cut slices in half. separating the pieces.
Spray skillet with Pam Olive Oil Spray - or other spray coating
brown steak over medium heat
Remove steak and add water, Garlic Powder, and Chili Powder to skillet with onions and bell pepper strips allow onions to cook down until tender, re add steak and continue to stir and cook until meat is done to taste.

Warm tortillas in microwave for about 45 seconds
Serve 1/2 meat mixture inside each tortilla
Top with 1/2 lettuce, salsa, cheese and then
Top with sour cream
