Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Jello Pudding Sugar/Fat Free Cheesecake - 1 box
    Milk, 1%, 2 cup
    Banana, fresh, 2 large, cut into small pieces
    Back to Nature golden honey oat graham crackers - 4 full cracker sheet, crushed
    Penzey's Mexican vanilla extract, .5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, a light sprinkle over top of each serving

Directions

Prepare pudding as directed and add vanilla. Refrigerate at least 1 hour covered until set. Put the graham crackers between 2 sheets of wax paper (or in a plastic bag) and crush. Divide the pudding into 4 bowls (1/2 cup pudding in each). Add 1/2 cut banana to each bowl and 1/4 of the crushed graham crackers and mix together. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg and enjoy!
