6 large eggs
2 tablespoons 1% fat cottage cheese
1 green onion
Peel eggs and cut in halves. Take yolks from three eggs and combine in bowl with cottage cheese.
Whisk with fork until smooth.
Add paprika, salt, pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onion.
Serving Size: 2 egg halves

Recipe calls for 6 eggs but you say take yolks from only 3. What do you do with the other 3 yolks or is there a misprint somewhere? - 8/31/11

I just threw out the other three yolks - by using only three it keeps the calories down, you still get the good yolky taste and there is plenty to stuff the 12 egg halves with.
