Introduction

This recipe changes over time so this is my current variation.

NOTE Nutritional Info is for Bulgarian plain yogurt which seems to be thinner than the standard entry here. You might achieve the same result with 150 thiker yogurt and 100-150 g water.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    200 g raspberries
    300 g fat-free yogurt
    1 packet vanilla extract
    1 tbsp dark demerara sugar
    1 tbsp muscovado sugar

Directions

Blend all ingredients and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes about 550 ml so plan your container accordingly.
