Ingredients

    Onions, raw, .25 large (remove)
    *Okra, frozen, cooked, 1 cup slices (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped (remove)
    Soybeans, green, .5 cup (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    Brussels sprouts, cooked, 1 cup (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    fiber, 3 tbsp (remove)


Directions

Blend all items in a slow cooker croxk pot and cook on medium for 2 1/2 hours. Refrigerate over night. Makes 6 = 1 cup servings.
