Ingredients

    8 oz. low sodium chicken broth
    i/2 rotisserie chicken , no skin or bones
    rinsed can of black beans
    1 each chopped zucchini, and squash
    fresh salsa 8 oz.
    2 large handfuls of fresh spinach

Directions

heat chicken broth while deboning chicken. Add everything to lightly boiling water. Allow to heat. Sprinkle with chees and lime and cilantro. 96 cal. per serving about 8 serving. 12.6 grams of protein each
