Less yolks, more whites Less yolks, more whites
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 Eggs (discard 4 yolks)
    1/4 C nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/8 tsp salt
    paprika to garnish


Directions

Boil & peel 8 eggs. Slice lengthwise. Discard 4 yolks. Mash 4 yolks and 2 whites well. Add remaining ingredients.

Serving Size: 6 servings of 2 half eggs
