Ingredients

6 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 C Nonfat Powdered Milk
1/4 C Demerara Sugar (Sugar in the raw)
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Sea Salt (or less)
1/2 C Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 C Almond or Hazlenut Oil
1 T vanilla extract
1/3 C Almonds, toasted and finely chopped
Directions
Preheat over to 325
Spread oats on two baking sheets, place in oven. Bake for 5 minutes. Stir oats and spread flat again. Rotate pans from top to bottom and bake another 5 minutes. Cool 5 mins.
Pour oats into large bowl. Add Milk, Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt and stir well.
Mix Maple Syrup and Oil in small pan, heat until warm but not boiling. Stir in vanilla.
Pour over oat mixture, mix thoroughly. transfer back to pans.
Bake 10 mins, stir thoroughly, rotate pans and bake another 10 minutes.
Stir half of almonds into each pan, let cool to room temperature. Pour into large contaner
