Fish (any white fish, tilapia, cod), 2 fillets
Lemon juice, to taste
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fat-free milk, just enough to cover the fish and prawns in the baking dish
Prawns, 4 tiger prawns
Place fish and prawns in small baking tray.
Season milk with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a bay leaf.
Cover the fish and prawns in milk.
Poach for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
