Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c whole wheat flour
    3 c bread flour
    1 T olive oil
    2 tsp dry yeast
    1 T sugar

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a large mixer and knead for 10 minutes. Divide dough into 2 large (for 13" to 15" pizzas) or 4 smaller (for individual pizzas equal to 4 slices of a large pie) balls. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 60 to 90 minutes.

Stretch out into circles.

Bake in 550 degree oven on a pizza stone after topping with your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings.

Serving Size: makes 2 13" to 15" pizzas, 8 slices each OR 4 small pizzas, 6 slices each (1 serving = 1/2 large or 1 small pizza)
