Introduction

Ingredients

    Yellow Cornmeal, .5 cup
    Agave Nectar Stick, 1 Tspn
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Chia Seed, 5 tbsp
    Water

Directions

Toast cornmeal over medium heat for 5 minutes. Transfer to another bowl and mix the rest of the ingredients adding as much water for the consistancy you want. You can have it as a thick snack or drink. Just know that the cornmeal does not disolve.
