Ingredients

    1 Plain Vanilla Yogurt (4 oz)
    1 cup strawberries sliced
    1 small banana sliced
    1 TBSP ground flaxseed
    1/2 cup milk, nonfat
    1 scoop Whey or EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder

Put yogurt and milk in blender first, add flaxseed and protein powder then fruit and top with the ice and blend to your liking.
