4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
4 cups Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Great Value Dijon Mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup dill weed
In large bowl, pour oil and mustard over chicken and mix until coated.
Mix bread crumbs, salt & pepper in large bowl. Add chicken and toss until each chicken piece is coated in bread crumbs.
Arrange chicken strips on a sheet pan in one layer with none touching. Bake about 25 minutes or til done.
Serving Size: about 4 oz (1/16 of whole batch)
