4 chicken breasts
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of chicken
7 thin slices of Swiss Cheese
I pkg of Pepperidge Farms herb Stuffing
Par boil Chicken breasts and cut up into thin slices or cubes(chicken does not have to be fully cooked during boiling phase because it does go into the oven after) Place at the bottom of a casserole dish. Pour both cans of soup on top of chicken. Place slices of cheese evenly on top of soup then spread entire bag of stuffing on top of that. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until top is browned and cheese and soup are bubbling.
Makes around 8 1 cup servings.
