Ingredients

    1/2 cup of your choice uncooked pasta
    2 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese
    1 cup of water
    1 small tin of tuna * in spring water
    1/2 cup of mixed vegies your choice

Directions

put pasta, vegies, cream cheese and water into a microwave safe dish cook for 10-15 minutes stirring every few minutes. cook to your taste. Add tuna mix and serve.
