Ingredients

    4 cups chicken broth (home made, no salt added)
    4 oz chicken breast meat
    60 gr (6) green onions, sliced
    1 oz black mushrooms dried (rehydrate in soup)
    41 gr Banh rice stick noodle dried (rehydrate in soup)

Directions

combine ingredients, giving the most time to make carrots as tender as you like.
