    4 CHICKEN BREASTS
    1/2 CUP LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE
    1 HEAD OF CABBAGE
    1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS
    1 CUP CELERY
    2 PKG ORIENTAL TOP RAMEN NOODLES, CRUSHED
    1 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
    ½ CUP ROASTED, SLICED ALMONDS

    SAUCE:

    2 FLAVOR PACKS FROM RAMEN NOODLES
    1 1/3 CUPS SUGAR OR SPLENDA (CALC W/SUGAR)
    ½ CUP VEG. OIL
    ½ TSP PEPPER
    ½ CUP VINEGAR, PLAIN
    2 TSP SOY SAUCE


Directions

THINLY SLICE:

1 HEAD OF CABBAGE
1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS
1 CUP CELERY

COOK 4 CHICKEN BREASTS IN ½ CUP SOY SAUCE AND 1 CUP WATER IN COVERED PAN. BAKE AT 375 FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS COOKED THOROUGHLY. COOL AND CUBE CHICKEN.

ADD:
2 PKG ORIENTAL TOP RAMEN NOODLES, CRUSHED
1 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
½ CUP ROASTED, SLICED ALMONDS

SAUCE:

2 FLAVOR PACKS FROM RAMEN NOODLES
1 1/3 CUPS SUGAR
½ CUP VEG. OIL
½ TSP PEPPER
½ CUP VINEGAR, PLAIN
2 TSP SOY SAUCE

ADD SAUCE TO SALAD AND SERVE FRESH. NOODLES WILL SOFTEN AS IT SITS IN THE SAUCE.
