Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cup oats
    2 T sesame seeds
    2 T pumpkin seeds
    4 T sliced almonds
    1/2 cup craisins
    Makes 6 one half cup servings

Directions

Mix together. Add milk. Let soak a bit. Add a bit of sugar if needed.
