White Bean Soup

Introduction

Easy to make, hearty soup.

Ingredients

    Water, tap,
    I can Cannellini Beans 15.5 oz
    20 Baby Carrots
    3 cups chopped Broccoli Rabe-Rappini
    3 cups chopped Kale
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Turmeric ground
    1 tbsp dry Basil

Directions

Bring water to a boil and add the carrots. Cook for 20 minutes before adding the greens, all spices and half of the can of white beans. Boil cover for 10 minutes or until carrots are tender. Using a hand processor, shred all ingredients together until mixture looks smooth. Then add the rest of the beans.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings - 300 ml each
