Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

    1 Large head of cauliflower
    1 medium onion
    2 liters of chicken broth
    3 oz of cream cheese
    2 cups diced potatoes

Directions

Chop cauliflower, onion and potatoes, simmer in the chicken broth for 30 minutes or until tender. Puree to desired consistancy, add cream cheese stir until incorporated.
