Introduction

Homemade Enchiladas Homemade Enchiladas
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 10 oz can Enchilada Sauce
    1 16 oz can fat free refried beans
    1 cup onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    10 tortillas
    1 1/2 cups shredded mexican taco cheese

    *Flour tortillas are not included in calorie count because they vary.

Directions

Cook onions and ground turkey until turkey is done. Add minced garlic cloves and Enchilada sauce, stir, add can of refried beans and stir well, heat through. Put a half cup of this mixture in each of ten flour tortillas (120 cal each). Sprinkle top with 1 1/2 cups cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 just to melt the cheese.
