1 large onion, sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 head (2-1/2 cups) cabbage
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup light beer
1/2 pound 93% lean ground beef
Once onion is translucent, add meat and cook until pink.
Add chopped tomatoes, cabbage, and cover, adding water as needed until cabbage is at desire doneness. (about 10 minutes).
