Ingredients

    1 cup 2% milk
    half banana
    .3 cup frozen raspberries
    .3 cup frozen blueberries
    .25 cup frozen pineapple
    1 tbsp protein powder

Directions

blend milk and banana until smooth. add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
