Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cheese filled Tortellini (2 9oz packages)
    2 T Olive Oil
    2 Cups Broccoli spears
    Med. Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    Med. Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
    Small yellow squash, thinly sliced
    small zucchini, thinly sliced
    Mrs. Dash Garlic and herb seasoning (or garlic salt)

Directions

1. Cook Tortellini according to package directions. Drain
2. In a nonstick skillet heat 1T olive oil add broccoli, red pepper, green pepper, squash, and zucchini. Saute 5-7 mins till peppers soften.
3. Add cooked tortellini and saute another 2 mins. Sprinkle with remaining olive oil and garlic seasoning. Toss to coat.
