Introduction

I use a Cuisinart 1.5 quart ice cream/sorbet maker, which produces a quickly made dessert. I use a Cuisinart 1.5 quart ice cream/sorbet maker, which produces a quickly made dessert.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup skim milk
    2 cups Fat Free Half and Half
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    3/4 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (1 - 8 pack small Butterfinger candy bars,when crushed, makes a little over 3/4 cup.)

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix sugar and milk together with a mixer or whisk until sugar is dissolved. Stir in half & half and vanilla. Turn ice cream maker on and pour mixture into freezer bowl through spout. Crush Butterfinger candy bars while ice cream maker is running. After about 20 minutes, while ice cream maker is still turning, add crushed Butterfinger candy through spout and continue mixing for 5 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 10 - 1/2 cup servings.
