1/2 cup each garbanzo, small dark red kidney beans, kidney beans and pink beans DRY
8 cups water
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c each red and green bell pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp chopped garlic
2 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Spray crockpot with EVOO non-stick spray. Add beans, onion, peppers, garlic, lime juice, cayenne powder, black pepper and cumin. Add 2 cups water and stir together.
Cook on low 6 - 8 hours.
Serving size - 1/2 cup
