Crust: 8 ounce package of fat free cream cheese 2 eggs 7 oz. cheddar cheese Topping: 1 pound lean ground beef 1 can enchilada sauce 4 ounce can green chilis 4 ounce cheddar cheese
Beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Stir in 7 ounce cheddar cheese. Spread in greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 - 10 minutes before adding topping. Brown hamburger and drain fat. Stir in enchilada sauce and chilis. Spread of the crust. Top with 4 ounce cheddar cheese. Bake another 20 minutesw or until hot and bubble. Servie with tomatoes, lettuce, black olives, etc. We like to serve w/ tortilla chips too, but they add a lot of fat and calories.
