Pan Seared Swordfish in a Tomato Wine Sauce

Ingredients

    Swordfish, 8 oz
    Hunt's Whole Tomatoes, 1 cup
    Rose Wine, 2 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.33 cup
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Stop & Shop Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

1. Heat skillet with olive oil and add diced veggis and wine.
2. Add swordfish to skillet. Heat until cooked, flipping fish occasionally.
3. Serve over rice or pasta. Serves 2.
