Introduction

Low-fat, Low carb Gluten Free pizza dough (batter) Low-fat, Low carb Gluten Free pizza dough (batter)
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 eggs beaten
    1/2 cup milk (2%)
    1/3 cup Coconut flour
    1/3 cup Flax meal
    Garlic, basil, oregano, & herbs as desired

Directions

Mix until wey sticky dough
Spread on Parchment paper 1/4" thick
Pre-Heat 360 deg F
Bake 10 min, flip, bake 10 min.
Remove, cool 10-15 min.
Top as desired
Broil high 1 min, until cheese bubbly.

Serving Size: One 15" pizza dough, 8 slices
