Simple Salad dressing

Introduction

I needed a simple salad dressing because I had run out of mine and wasn't going to run to the store just for that so I whipped this up. It's open to interpretation. Let me know what you think. :) I needed a simple salad dressing because I had run out of mine and wasn't going to run to the store just for that so I whipped this up. It's open to interpretation. Let me know what you think. :)
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 cloves garlic, minced/chopped
    1/2 tsp of black pepper (more if desired)
    1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
    1 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients in airtight container. Put lid on. SHAKE IT UP!!! Put 2 tablespoons over salad. Also a yummy marinade for chicken and fish. Chill in fridge.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 2Tbs servings
