Cucumber & Dill Appetizers - 3 pieces

Ingredients

    3 slices of cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread
    3 slices of peeled cucumber (approx. 1/4" thick)
    1.5 tbsp cream cheese, softened
    1/4 tsp fresh dill

Directions

Spread each slice of bread with approx. 1/2 tbsp of softened cream cheese.
Place one slice of cucumber on each piece of bread, sprinkle with dill.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Cannot be made more that 6 house in advance of serving.
