I found the recipe for Chipotle's cilantro-lime rice and made it with brown rice to see if I liked it just as much. My family will eat it and they don't like brown rice! Ingredients

1 cup of brown rice
1 cup of chicken broth
1 1/4 cup water
2Tbs chopped cilantro
2Tbs lime juice
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Turn down to low and simmer for 40 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
