Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce, 8 inner leaves
    3/4 c Mango
    1 medium Banana
    3/4 c Pineapple
    1 medium Oranges
    3/4 c Water,

Directions

Layer fruit and romaine in blender, starting with orange and ending with greens. Pour in water and add a few blocks of ice if desired. Blend until smooth.
