Clean eating beef and Quinoa MixtureSubmitted by: MRS.CARLY
1 cup of uncooked quinoa
.5 sweet onion(chopped)
1 red bell pepper(chopped)
1 yellow bell pepper(chopped)
1 pound of lean (96/4) ground beef
2 tsp canola oil
Saute' chopped veggies in canola oil (peppers, mushrooms, onions). Cook and put in a bowl to the side.
Brown the beef. Season as you like (I used onion powder, black powder and sea salt)
Once Quinoa is cooked, mix quinoa, sauteed veggies, and beef in a big bowl. Season if needed.
Makes 5 1 and a half cup servings.
