Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c margarine
    1/2 c shortening
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c all purpose flour
    2 tsp cream of tartar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt

    Topping:
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients. Stir in flour, tartar, baking soda & salt. Shape dough into balls & roll in topping mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 3 dozen
