Indian veggie soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup of carrots
    1 cup of brocoli
    2 cups of cauliflower
    1 cup of spaghetti squash
    2 small potatoes (or 1 large)
    2 onions, chopped
    1 can of tomato soup
    1 can of white kidney beans (rinsed)
    2 tsp curry powder
    2 tsp Indian Masala spice
    1 squirt of Frank's Red hot


Directions

Just through any vegitables you have and some beans into the slow cooker with tomato soup (or can of tomatoes) a little bit of frank's red hot sauce and some indain spices and viola. Quick easy and yummy.

Serving Size: Makes four large heaping bowls of soup
