Cheddar Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    .25 teaspoon salt
    dash pepper
    1 Teaspoon unsalted butter
    1 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Whisk eggs, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook, stirring with heatproof rubber spatula. As the eggs begin to set add ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese. Cook 3 to 5 more minutes. Serve right away.
